Refund Policy

Digital Downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g. the file is corrupted or the link has expired), please contact us at eshan981023@gmail.com and we will resend your file at no charge.

Fine Art Prints

Each print is produced to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged in transit, please email a photo of the damage and your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are sold as final sales. Due to the handmade and unique nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If the artwork arrives damaged due to improper packaging, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will assess each situation individually.

Commissioned Artworks

Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Final payment is due upon completion and approval of the artwork. If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you on revisions before final delivery.
