1. Purchasing

By completing a purchase on Dishani Arts, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms. All prices are listed in LKR or USD and are subject to change without notice.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Nimesha DishAni retains full copyright of all artwork. Purchasing an artwork — whether digital, print, or original — does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.

Digital Downloads: You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to print and display the file for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the file commercially without written permission.

Prints & Originals: Physical ownership of the artwork is transferred to you. You may display it privately but may not reproduce it for commercial purposes.

3. Commissions

Commission enquiries are subject to availability and Dishani's discretion. A commission is confirmed only after a deposit is paid and written agreement is reached.

Dishani retains the right to photograph and display all commissioned work in her portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Dishani Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dishani Arts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
